Typical material thicknesses range from .015" to .090". When jobs require dedicated Class "A" tooling, we can design, build and maintain them in-house. Specifications

General		Stamping We perform single station stamping as well as progressive stamping in presses up to 100 tons. Part sizes typically range from one inch to one foot. Typical material thicknesses range from .015" to .090". When jobs require dedicated Class "A" tooling, we can design, build and maintain them in-house. Metalform outperforms with engineering and support. Deep Drawing We perform single station and progressive deep drawing in presses up to 450 tons with air cushions or double action presses. We can draw parts that range in size from pop rivets to thimbles to soup cans to lunch boxes. Typical material thicknesses vary from .015" to .090". When jobs require dedicated Class "A" tooling, we can design, build and maintain them in-house. Metalform outperforms with design and flexibility.

Dimensional Specifications		From .500" dia. to 12.00" dia. Round, square, rectangular, and irregular shapes. From .015" up to .200" thick. Material: Steel, stainless steel, brass, aluminum and alloys. Tolerances of +/- .004"

Lead Time		From 2 weeks for tooled parts to 16 weeks for complicated special designs.
